NETWORK

The AASI brings together a range of public and private stakeholders involved in maritime and intermodal transport in Africa.

This network provides a framework for cooperation that promotes the exchange of expertise, the development of infrastructure projects, and the strengthening of institutional and professional capacities.

A Network Serving African Maritime Transport

The AASI network is one of the association’s greatest assets. Bringing together public and private stakeholders from across the African continent, it represents a unique ecosystem dedicated to the development of maritime transport and intermodality.

This network includes, in particular:

Port authorities and national institutions responsible for managing African maritime infrastructure.
Maritime transport, logistics, and port handling operators active on the continent’s major trade routes.
Training organizations and research centers specializing in maritime transport and the intermodal supply chain.
Regional and continental organizations working toward the integration of transport policies in Africa.
International technical and financial partners committed to the sustainable development of African port infrastructure.

Why join the AASI network?

Joining the AASI network means gaining privileged access to a community of experts, decision-makers, and operators who share a common vision: to make maritime transport a true engine of growth for Africa.

Progressive Deployment of AATMI Representations Across Africa’s Maritime Countries

As part of its Pan-African vision and its commitment to advancing maritime transport, intermodality, and the continent’s logistics connectivity, AATMI will progressively establish its national and international branch offices across African countries with maritime coastlines. This territorial presence will help strengthen regional cooperation, support public and private stakeholders, and promote solutions tailored to the port, maritime, and multimodal challenges specific to each African coastal region.
